Hey! After a while of not doing berry's memes mostly due to lack of time. I finally got back on the meme bandwagon and decided to do the introspection meme. I also have a new look I put together with the latest releases I've liked the most lately from Collabor 88 and Hucci's flawless shoes.
1. Regardless of your current
number, how old do you actually feel? – I am
28 years old and part of me feels about 50 years old and another one feels like
a teenager hahaha. People have always told me even when I was little that I act
and think like someone way older than my age and I think it’s because my dad
was a great influence in my life and he was my best friend until he passed
away. Yet another part of me, feels not ready at all to assume certain adult responsibilities
and when I look at myself in the mirror I still feel 16.
2. Which is worse, failing or never trying? – Oh
never trying definitely. I don’t want regrets and wonder what would’ve happened
if I had done something. I’d rather try, fail and then move on.
3. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life
differently? – I’m
very pleased and happy with my life, but I would definitively spend more time
with my loved ones.
4. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things? – Both. I always over think and over analyze every move and decision
I make on my life. I don’t want to make the wrong decision! And then of course
I don’t want to screw it up once I do.
5. Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton? – A joyful simpleton, I’ve discovered that all I want is to have a
calmed and happy life. I don’t want to be an intellectual tortured soul, I’ve
moved on from that stage of my life lol.
6. Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend? – I normally don’t reach out to my friends a lot, especially in RL. I
can spend months without seeing or not talking to them at all. But when it
comes to stuff that matters, if they reach out to me because they’re depressed
or going through something difficult, I will be there. And when we see each
other after months, it’s as if we had seen each other the day before. Yeah I
think I would like a friend like the kind of friend I am, except I would want
them to call or message more haha.
7. Do you remember that time 5 years ago when you were extremely upset? Does
it really matter now? – Oh yeah it really doesn’t
matter at all. I was extremely upset and depressed after failing a very
important test on law school for which I studied soooo much! I remember clearly
that the professor that graded me, told me he gave me an excellent grade on
research but that I didn’t pass. I was traumatized for months.
8. At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive? – This last year! And yes, this will be a cliché answer but I fell in
love for the first time in my life (it only took 27 years) and this person is
beyond wonderful.
9. If you just won a million dollars, would you quit your job? – I don’t think I would. I would travel a lot though! and use that
money to help my family.
10.If you knew that everyone you know was going to die tomorrow, who would you
visit today? – Oh wow there’s a lot of people I would
like to visit, my RL and SL friends, my family and of course the boyfriend.
11.What do you feel is the difference between being alive and truly living? – Being alive is just that: breathing and having a beating heart. Truly
living is taking control of your life and giving it the direction you want.
Being with the people that make you happy and doing the things that make you
feel fulfilled.
12. If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a
mistake? – Making a mistake makes me feel like a failure. I know we all make
mistakes, we are humans. Which is why I try, if I’m going to make a mistake hopefully
it will be a small one and not one that will cost a lot to fix.
13.What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you? – Nothing. I know people judge no matter what you do, there will
always be someone that doesn’t agree with what you think or do. This is why I
don’t let others rule my life. It affects me when they judge (not gonna lie)
but I keep on doing what I believe it’s right.
14.If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it
be? – Live life according
to what you belief is right and do what makes you happy, don’t let others impose
on you should do.
